In order to have M1 Support Services email on your phone, you must agree allow the email app act as a Device Administrator.

This setting is for the event your device becomes lost or stolen. Although it lists a lot of security requirements it is able to do, we only require a lock screen from these settings.

Tap ACTIVATE to continue

* If you are uncomfortable with allowing your email app to control these settings, we recommend an email app like Nine Email & Calendar. Nine lets you set these permissions on an application level instead of the entire device. This app does cost money.

5. Set your Account Name and Done!

This setting allows you to change your account description. You can leave it as your email address, or change it to something more descriptive like "M1 Email" or "M1 Support Services" to make it stand out from other accounts you have installed on your device.
