You do not need to worry about your email address changing. You can receive mail at either domain, m1support.services or m1services.com, but in order to setup your email you need to use your network username followed by @m1services.com (the same network username that use to login to vpn). It should be your firstname.lastname@m1services.com (unless you are an older employee or your name has changed).

Enter your full email address and tap Next.

Enter your password and tap Next.

3 . Verify Incoming Server Settings

Your device will auto fill the incoming server settings. You can verify they are correct with the image below
and then tap Next

4. Set Mail App as Device Administrator

Once that is complete, you will be prompted to apply security settings.
These settings require your phone to have a lock screen. This prevents access to sensitive company information in your email in the event that your phone is lost or stolen.

Tap OK to continue

In order to have M1 Support Services email on your phone, you must agree allow the email app act as a Device Administrator.

This setting is for the event your device becomes lost or stolen. Although it lists a lot of security requirements it is able to do, we only require a lock screen from these settings.

Tap ACTIVATE to continue

* If you are uncomfortable with allowing your email app to control these settings, we recommend an email app like Nine Email & Calendar. Nine lets you set these permissions on an application level instead of the entire device. This app does cost money.

5. Set your Account Name and Done!

This setting allows you to change your account description. You can leave it as your email address, or change it to something more descriptive like "M1 Email" or "M1 Support Services" to make it stand out from other accounts you have installed on your device.
